Thank you for your article on July 4th regarding the new facility charges Park and Recreation’s district general manager, Jenny Hueter, wishes to impose on the nonprofit groups using them.
Perhaps she needs to review the Park and Recreation mission statement I found online. They are “to help enrich and fulfill the lives of the citizens through the provision of facilities and programs that will provide and enhance creative, wholesome and imaginative leisure time living patterns.”
