Bingo! was heard across the patio

The Mountain Sunrise Rotary Club is holding its Bingo nights out on the patio at the Lake Arrowhead Village Pizza Deli this year. President Elizabeth O’Neil (1) – who coordinates the event – was the first caller at the July 17 event. The crowd assembled on the patio played a variety of Bingo games, including X, square and diamond (which some found challenging). As players cried “Bingo!” John Moore (2) went to check their cards to make sure it was a valid cry. Winners were gifted with movie swag obtained by O’Neil from the studios. The next Bingo night will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 21.
