Members of the Lake Arrowhead Rotary Club gathered with artist Julie R. Evans (far right) and Robin Lyles, owner of The Lake House at the First Friday event on Oct. 4. Lyles donated 10 percent of the proceeds from the sales that evening to the Lake Arrowhead Rotary Foundation. During the event, Bort Carleton brought a cake for the guests to enjoy as Oct. 4 would have been his late wife Lauri’s birthday. The next First Friday will take place on Nov. 1.
