William (Bill) H. Miller Jr. was born on December 13, 1940, in Easton, Pa. He grew up in that area until he joined the Navy in March 1959. There he served on three different ships including the U.S.S. Midway.

During his time in the Navy, Bill was married to Leslee; they had three children. He was discharged from the Navy in October 1966.

Bill was living in Anaheim and working at Chalet Pancakes and Steaks in 1979 when he met Linda, who was a server there. They were married on May 17, 1980. In June 1981 Bill moved his family to Lake Arrowhead where he started working at the Villager Coffee Shop. In 2001 Bill and Linda bought what became Bill’s Villager, where they worked side by side for 21 years. In 2022 they retired due to Bill’s health.

Bill is survived by his loving wife, Linda; four sons – Ken (Rose), Kal (Lisa), Jeff (Maricel) and Greg (Elena); two daughters – Kim (Glen) and Michelle (Chris); 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two sisters – Susan (Bob) and Elenor; a brother, Barry (Janice); and many nieces and nephews.
