The Keller Williams Real Estate office in Crestline, at the corner of Lake Drive and Lake Gregory Drive, proudly held a Grand Opening ribbon cutting ceremony last week. It was attended by members of the Crestline Chamber of Commerce, who provided the scissors and ribbon and hosted the ceremony, as well as representatives from the Lake Arrowhead Chamber of Commerce since Keller Williams also has an office in Lake Arrowhead Village.

Jim Crotwell, the broker and owner of Crestline, Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear locations, said he is now working with his agents to help prospective buyers get the homes they desire in the mountain community they choose. Since the new Crestline office is only three miles from his home, he will be in the office on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. He enjoys working with the local chambers of commerce to help the whole local economy to thrive.

Prior to the ribbon cutting, which was attended by 30-40 from both communities, a band played on the sidewalk in front of the office facing the lake, garnering a lot of attention from passersby. Refreshments including coffee, tea, wine and tequila were served to toast the grand opening festivities. Cheese, meat and charcuterie plates were enjoyed by the crowd while they listened to the music and mingled. Numerous movers and shakers from both communities interacted as they hope to work together to get the summer season off to a roaring start.

Some agents in the new office include Cecilia Ponce de Leon, Monica Mnich, Nikki Howard, Jaime Brandon, Rick and Rita Rhilinger, Debbie Baker, Noah Beauvais and Wendi Otto. They all strive to find dream homes for their clients. Jaime Brandon, who works in the Lake Arrowhead Keller Williams office, said, “This office is in a great location, and like the Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead office, has an excellent view of the lake. It was an amazingly perfect idea to expand the office over to this location in Crestline.”

It’s official! The new office is open for business.

Attending the lavish ribbon cutting ceremony with legislative Certificates of Congratulations were Rosalinda Ortega from 34th district Assemblyman Tom Lackey’s office, Milet Graytan from State Senator R. Ochoa Bogh’s office and Corrine Mora from Congressman Jay Olbernolte’s office. Robin Bull represented Supervisor Dawn Rowe. Louis Boehle, Michelle Hake, Candace Pearson and Dirk Rinker (who held the ribbon to be cut) represented the Crestline Chamber of Commerce. Many local residents attended the festivities as well. Chamber President Scott Rindenow represented the Lake Arrowhead Chamber along with office manager Lori Butler.

The 30-40 attendees complimented the nautically decorated office and got to meet the agents. Photos of available homes in the mountain communities were on display. Agents commented that prices in the mountains are generally lower than the valley below, so many new families are attracted to these communities. Currently, there is a healthy supply of homes available for sale just as summer is beginning.

Ribbon cutting ceremonies in Crestline are sponsored by the Crestline Chamber of Commerce, which is an organization of local business owners and involved citizens who volunteer their time to make the community a better place to live and promote local businesses. They are currently working on publishing the Crestline magazine for summer 2026. They are always thrilled to see new businesses open in town and celebrate their success.
