We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Dorothy (Dotti) Nadeau. She died at age 82 on February 9, 2023. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones after a battle with cancer.

She is survived by her husband, her daughter, four stepchildren, nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two brothers and two sisters.

Dotti was a fiercely loyal mother, a devoted wife, a trusted confidante to family and a faithful friend. She was an artist who created beautiful paintings and an artisan who skillfully worked with any stone, granite, slate or marble she could get her hands on.

Known for her generosity and formidable character, Dotti was an unforgettable force of

nature. She loved her life on the mountain, throwing amazing parties and making new friends wherever she went. Dotti was a bright light who touched the hearts of all who knew her. She will never be forgotten.

The memorial held in Lake Forest in April was a loving celebration of her life.
