MCH-new registration area

Mountains Community Hospital is thrilled to announce the grand opening of their brand-new registration and waiting area. The area was specially designed to make patients’ visit even more convenient and comfortable.

As of Nov. 1, the facility began welcoming patients for check-ins for lab and radiology appointments. The days of waiting in the Emergency Department for non- emergency services are over.

This project was made possible by a generous donation of $400,000 from the Bloye Family and a $100,000 grant from the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians. The grant was designated to renovate the hospital’s main public entrance and create a central registration and waiting area for patients. Donations from the Ted Roy Charity Foundation, Bagne Family Foundation and the J E Fehsenfeld Family Foundation also supported the renovation.

Patients can expect:

  • Spacious and inviting waiting area
  • Efficient and streamlined registration process
  • Friendly and helpful staff to assist them
  • A more pleasant and convenient patient experience

The staff at MCH is committed to providing patients with top-notch care; this new area is just one more way they are enhancing the experience.

The new registration desk and waiting area is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

For early birds or commuters who need services outside of these hours, the option is available to pre-register with a 48-hour notice, Monday through Friday, by calling (909) 436-3002. They will then be able to check in through the Emergency Department during off hours.
