Dancing their way into children’s hearts

Marcy Vega (center in white coat), the CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of the Mountain Communities, was all smiles at the Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce mixer on Dec. 6. Folks who came to the mixer at Cadillac Cowboy in Lake Arrowhead Village were asked to bring either a toy or a $20 donation, which will buy Christmas gifts for the Boys & Girls Club members. While at the mixer, folks enjoyed chili, mac and cheese, cornbread and a glass of wine. They worked off those treats by learning some line dances – they all looked like professionals!
