CRL (Warrant Arrest) Knapps Ctf – Suspect was contacted at her residence while in shoving match with RP – RP, friend, suspect’s mother and all parties live at the location – suspect has been drinking and causing issues with her mother and friend – suspect was found to have an active warrant – suspect was arrested and booked at CDC without incident 

VOE (Tow Request) Maple Ln – Ring camera picked up suspicious vehicle parked in RP’s driveway – neighbor also called RP at 11:15 a.m.  confirming vehicle was still there – RP was not expecting anyone – no one should be there – no driver description available – vehicle found blocking RP’s driveway – vehicle was towed – teletype sent

CRL (Fraudulent Use of Credit Card) S Village Ln S #1 – On 1/2/24 at approximately 8:30 p.m. subject was checking his Alta Vista Credit Union account – subject noticed fraudulent transaction at Nordstrom Rack for $177.93 that he had not authorized – subject does not know who made fraudulent transaction and did not have permission to do so 

CRL (Paraphernalia) San Moritz Dr/Montreaux Dr – Deputy conducted pedestrian check – suspect was on felony probation – deputy conducted search and found paraphernalia – deputy arrested suspect and booked him into CDC 

January 4, 2024

CRL (Death Investigation) Knoll Dr – Transfer to Fire for male not breathing – RP believes male is deceased – says male is on floor and cold – RP says she can’t go into room and won’t do CPR – RP believes male is beyond help – RP requesting callback – natural demise – body released

TPK (Felony Spouse Abuse) Club House Dr – RP and suspect dated for approximately three years – had two children together – during an argument over relationship issues, suspect pulled RP’s hair, hit, scratched and bit him on his right arm – RP had bite marks and fresh blood – meds declined – suspect admitted she bit RP – suspect was arrested and transported to CDC

RSP (Found Property) Union 76 Gas Station – Customer left wallet with $90.00 in cash along with other currency last night – wallet also had her green card with Colombian identification with date of birth – no contact phone numbers found – RP wants deputies to retrieve property – deputy spoke with RP over phone – store associate found wallet inside store near coffee machine – deputies recovered wallet – wallet will be stored and placed into recovered property – RP found wallet on 1/3/24 – during shift 12:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. – no contact for wallet – attempted to run name – no match – foreign identification – wallet was recovered and stored at the Twin Peaks station property/evidence room 

CRL (Follow Up) Knapps Ctf – Limited Report

CRL (Follow Up) Crest Forest Dr – No answer at door

CRL (Fraud/Forged Check) Bowl Rd – Subject made a fake check – she somehow got RP’s routing and account number – she signed RP’s name and deposited it into her account – fake check has many inaccuracies – address on RP’s checks is P.O. Box not RP’s physical address – fake check missing H’s under check number – lock check armor citation and Arrowhead Credit Union address incomplete – subject cashed check for $4,870.00 – RP contacted Arrowhead Credit Union bank and subject’s account was placed on hold – RP did not give anyone permission to cash the check – RP will forward deputies statements/bank form(s) – check was cashed on 12/14/23 – RP noticed the transaction on 1/4/24 – Arrowhead investigated/returned RP’s money on 1/4/24

RSP (Death Investigation) Silver Spruce Dr – 47-year-old male found unresponsive at his home by sister – only medical history of myotonic dystrophy – no medications taken – had fallen into a hilly area outside residence a couple weeks back and hurt his ankle – no reports of head trauma – but had not sought medical treatment – family present – body brought to morgue for autopsy – no history of tobacco, alcohol, drugs or suicidal ideations

CRL (Death Investigation) Dunant Dr – 49-year-old found unresponsive inside the residence – passed away from unknown causes

RSP (Lost/Stolen Plate) Hilltop Blvd – On 1/4/24 at about 12:00 a.m. subject parked her vehicle near Don’s Auto – at about 11:00 a.m. subject drove her vehicle to Jensen’s to get groceries – subject returned to her house at about 12:00 p.m. – upon arrival she noticed her rear plate was missing – subject wanted to report the plate as lost or stolen – teletype sent

CRL (Vandalism) Valley View Dr – Sometime in the last week unknown subject(s) kicked open victim’s shed door – unknown subject(s) entered the shed and vandalized victim’s vehicle – victim stated he has had ongoing issues with subject vandalizing his property – victim stated sometime in December unknown subject(s) shattered the front windshield and right passenger windows of his vehicle – victim stated the shattered rear window was new and wanted to report the incident – victim estimated the damage to be $1,500.00

CPP (Missing Person) Fernwood Dr – Subject has been living out of her vehicle for approximately one month and usually parks on Fernwood Dr – family saw her on 1/4/24 at about 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in front of the Magic 7 liquor store – family asked her to go with them but she refused and informed them she was having car troubles – family went to her vehicle and fixed car problems – when family returned she was gone – family has attempted to call her multiple times with no answer – deputy conducted an area check around Magic 7 and subject’s parked vehicle but not found – family wanted to report subject as missing – teletype sent

CRL (Vandalism) Playground Dr – Ongoing neighbor issues – on 1/4/24 at about 11:00 a.m. subject walked on playground with a tree pruner and cut the victim’s security camera wire – victim positively identified subject in the video to be her neighbor and desired prosecution – victim also stated she had an active restraining order against him – deputy attempted to contact subject at his residence but female stated he was not home – victim estimated the security camera wire to be $20.00

TPK (Violation of Court Order) Twin Peaks Station – RP reported the mother of his child – subject was supposed to drop off their child at 6:00 p.m. due to court order – deputy spoke with subject who stated the drop-off was scheduled at 3:00 p.m. but RP did not show up – when asking RP about court order he stated there was a typo in the order and subject was using the typo to manipulate the times – RP felt this was a violation of the court order and requested a criminal report be taken

LAA (Dangerous Weapon) Trinity Dr – RP called – suspect commented on the phone he was going to shoot himself in the head – suspect is wanted for felony – wellness check conducted and consent search for weapons of the residence – a loaded 9MM pistol with no serial number was found in an upstairs nightstand – suspect is on bail – suspect was arrested for felon in possession of a firearm – suspect says he is not suicidal and does not have a plan to shoot himself

RSP (Vandalism) Hilltop Blvd – on 1/5/24 subject drank four beers and became intoxicated – subject does not remember most of the events such as when he lost his memory – subject did recall throwing an object through a window but claimed he did not know why he did it – damages to window were estimated at $600.00

CRL (Identity Theft) Chillon Dr – Unknown subjects were claiming to be calling from Wells Fargo and had RP’s husband Zelle money back and forth – subjects were returning money back and forth as well until RP’s husband sent $700.00

BLU (Petty Theft) State Hwy 189 – Unknown male wearing black snow pants, tan jacket with two black lines on the back shoulder area and a black hood was seen walking away from the post office door – RP left his keys in the door while making a delivery – once delivery was complete RP could not locate his keys – the above mentioned subject was seen walking away on camera and possibly took the keys – no video of the actual theft – attempting to locate the subject for questioning – keys had a key for each post office on the mountain – USPS is advised of the theft and should be changing out the locks

LAA (Miscellaneous Incident) Sandalwood Dr – RP states they have a victim of rape – states victim does not want to file a report but wants to get a rape exam done – RP states per law victim can have a rape exam done without filing a report – RP states she needs a case number in order to start the rape exam for victim – RP states victim was raped at incident location last night – report has not been filed and victim does not want to – only wants RP’s company to do a rape exam – on 1/4/24 at 11:00 p.m. at Airbnb with friends – victim was on trip with suspect – victim was drunk and believed to be raped – possible high and drunk by suspect – victim has bruising and pain to body

TPK (Warrant Arrest) Twin Peaks Station – Limited Report

RIM (Possession of Narcotics) Pine Ave – Limited Report

CRL (Vehicle Burglary) Fern Dr – RP stated an unknown subject shattered his driver’s side window to his company vehicle and stole his wallet from inside the vehicle – follow-up entered for possible DNA evidence from suspect

LAA (Petty Theft) North John Muir Rd – Victim last saw her vehicle with her belongings on 12/18/23 – vehicle was parked at residence on John Muir Rd – when victim returned to residence on 1/1/24 she had noticed her belongings were missing – she does not know if her vehicle was locked but did not observe any damage to vehicle – vehicle has since been towed by Mountain Towing due to unrelated incident – missing items included plastic tool box, scuba gear, two Bose speakers, a pressure cooker, brake pads, antique decorative wooden gun, small vacuum cleaner and two catalytic converters, all left inside the vehicle

CRL (Miscellaneous Incident) Manzanita Dr – RP is 17 years old – advising stepfather is trying to force him to go home with his mother – says stepfather always yells at him and requesting assistance – is currently with grandparents at location – says he does not want to leave grandparents residence because mother is always drunk and stepfather is constantly yelling – RP hysterically crying saying he needs help and does not want to leave – stepfather built an AR and is at residence – unknown if armed – also has knives lying around residence – unknown high  or drunk – stepfather just slapped 14-year-old girlfriend – advising her face is red – mother and stepfather arrived in a silver Toyota Tacoma – mother and stepfather just left, possibly en route to residence – deputy spoke to RP, girlfriend, mother and stepfather referencing incident – conflicting stories
