TPK (Registrant) Twin Peaks Station – Registrant register 

TPK (Found Narcotics) Twin Peaks Station – Collection of prescription medication in drop box

LAA (Identity Theft) Bishorn Dr – RP received a collections notification from IC Systems regarding an AT&T account she has not paid – RP does not have an outstanding AT&T account – believes someone used her name to open the account

CRL (Theft by Fraud) Felsen Dr – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – RP has been scammed – today at noon, she was contacted by who she thought was her grandson who claimed he was in jail in San Francisco and needed to be bailed out – the bail amount was $9,800.00 – RP withdrew cash and was told to place it into two envelopes – one with her grandson’s name on it and the other labeled legal documents – the money was going to be picked up by subject in a Toyota Prius – subject met up with the RP and stated his name was Carlos – RP verified the plate on the Prius  and handed $9,800.00 cash in an envelope – subject took the money and left – a short time later, another subject called stating they needed $7,000.00 more due to the victim her “grandson” injured being pregnant and the baby may die, which would cause the “grandson” to get a manslaughter charge – RP told subject she would need time to get the money

RSP (P/M/S Danger Weapon) Old City Creek Rd/State Hwy 330 – CHP transfer – On Tuesday, at 7:12 p.m., deputy was dispatched to Old City Creek Rd and Hwy 330 in reference to a man with a gun – subject was described as an Asian male adult with a revolver on his waistband – upon arrival, deputy made contact with male matching that description – a revolver with a wooden handle was located underneath the seat of the vehicle being driven by the male, which is the same weapon described by the RP – the subject was a convicted felon and methamphetamine addict in possession of a firearm – a wide variety of ammunition was also located inside the vehicle – suspect was arrested for violation

March 6, 2024

BLU (Penetration W/Foreign Object) State Hwy 189 – Suspect and the victim are in a dating relationship and live together – suspect and the victim were in an argument at the victim’s residence – suspect was upset with the victim – grabbed her by the hair – suspect slammed the victim’s head against the wall approximately 10 times causing her to lose consciousness – suspect dragged victim by her hair into the living room – suspect ripped off the victim’s clothing and straddled her while they were on the floor – suspect stuck all five of his fingers into the victim’s vagina and thrusted his fingers in and out approximately 10 times – the victim’s 1-year-old child was in the same room as the incident occurred – suspect assaulted the victim several times by slapping, kicking and punching her – victim had bruising on her right eye and an approximate one-inch laceration above her right eyebrow – suspect’s identity was confirmed by his California ID card – arrest made

CRL (Driving W/O License) Lake Dr – Vehicle stopped for registration – records check for driver showed he was unlicensed – suspect issued citation – vehicle towed

RSP (Under Influence Drugs) All View Dr – RP saying her son is getting high on methamphetamine and is refusing to leave – confirmed he does not live there, but she did let him stay the night – will be in the garage – deputy spoke with suspect outside the incident location – suspect appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance – during field sobriety tests, suspect showed signs and symptoms of being under the influence – suspect arrested and booked into CDC

ARB (Identity Theft) Elko Dr – On 3/7/24, RP went onto his Dell account – the RP’s mailing information was changed – he was being billed about $2, 168.33 for a computer ordered and delivered to an unknown person’s address – RP did not give anyone permission to use his account to finance a computer – does not know how someone gained access to his Dell account – as of the time of this report, the RP has not lost any money, but is disputing the money financed using his information – RP provided Dell account information – is currently in contact with Breed Financing (Dell) regarding fraud

TPK (Child Porn) Crest Forest Dr – No report

CRL (Miscellaneous Incident) Crest Forest Dr – Father and daughter parked outside their residence and argued over vehicle – father pulled daughter out of vehicle and she fainted from the shock – daughter woke up and told family – family told daughter they would call law enforcement – negative drinking/drugs – minor injury on elbow – family did not want to press charges – will call back if needed – report taken for documentation

March 8, 2024

LAA (Paraphernalia) Hwy 189 – Deputy conducted a traffic stop for missing license plate – driver had active misdemeanor warrant – during a search, deputy located paraphernalia inside her sweater – suspect was arrested for warrant and booked into CDC – teletype entered

CRL (Courtesy Report) State Hwy 18/Waterman Canyon Rd – Sometime between 3/6/24 at 6:00 p.m. and 3/8/24 at 7:15 a.m., unknown subject(s) took the victim’s locked gray 2015 Ford Explorer near Old Waterman Canyon Rd – the vehicle was left in the area due to vehicle failure – victim was to have the vehicle towed on 3/8/24, but was unable to locate the vehicle – area check completed – vehicle last seen in San Bernardino Police Department – will forward report for follow up

CRL (Drug Overdose) Crest Forest Dr/Woodland Rd – Subject swallowed an unknown amount of fentanyl prior to contact – while in the jail parking lot, subject was unresponsive – subject was given two Narcan doses – Fire transferred to St. Bernardine’s for medical aid

RIM (Assault) Apache Trail – RP at Twin Peaks Station lobby – Deputy spoke with subject outside the station – subject alleged her mother assaulted her – subject did not have bruises or marks at the time of incident – mother denied allegations of assault – had a restraining order – mother believed subject was upset because she called the police on her boyfriend – deputy obtained information from both parties

CRL (Paraphernalia) Arosa Dr/Chillon Dr – During contact with suspect, he admitted to having possession of a methamphetamine pipe – during search of suspect, deputy located meth pipe in suspect’s front left pocket – suspect arrested – suspect signed cite and was booked at CDC

CRL (Returned Missing Person) Straight Way – Male and female are fighting at location – male is threatening to beat up female – records check showed subject was a missing person – teletype sent – advised on warrant

CRL (Domestic Battery) Bernard Dr – Suspect and subject have been in a dating relationship for the past 35 years – live together at the incident location – share one adult child together – suspect came home from grocery shopping and they began arguing – suspect threw a 7-Eleven cup full of soda at subject’s head – cup hit subject in the face and soda wet her hair and face – subject did not sustain any injuries during the incident

CRL (Assault on Officer) Pioneer Camp Rd – Officers patrolling for owner’s two dogs – Animal Control attempted to detain a dog – subject came outside and pushed a male and a female officer

CED (DUI) Hook Creek Rd/Cappy Dr – Vehicle was observed swerving – almost hit vehicle driving in their own lane – driver contacted – consented to eye movement field sobriety test, but refused all other tests – driver arrested and consented to a blood draw at CDC – vehicle was locked – left with son at his residence

LAA (Warrant Arrest) S State Hwy 173/Blue Lake Rd – Vehicle stopped for failing to stop at stop sign – vehicle traveling North on Hwy 173 – failed to stop while turning right at the Hwy 189/Hwy 173 intersection, continuing on Hwy 173 – vehicle had obstructed license plate, had expired registration and driver was unlicensed with no proof of insurance – the registered owner and passenger had misdemeanor traffic warrant – passenger claimed to be on parole – subsequent search of the vehicle discovered a glass pipe consistent with methamphetamine use under the driver’s seat – driver arrested for drug paraphernalia and passenger was arrested for her warrant – vehicle towed

March 10, 2024

CRL (Death Investigation) Bergschrund Dr – Natural death – no signs of neglect, trauma or abuse – no suspicious circumstances – tested positive for COVID-19 – next of kin present 

LAA (Fraud Credit Application) Mountains Community Hospital – On March 10, 2024 at about 12:16 a.m., deputy responded to Mountains Community Hospital in reference to a burglary call – upon arrival security staff told deputy that a patient, later identified, was released from the hospital and broke into a car – stole a wallet – deputy contacted suspect in the parking lot of hospital – suspect had a credit card that belonged to the victim – during a Miranda interview, suspect admitted to hiding the victim’s credit cards inside the tank of the toilet of a restroom inside the hospital – suspect arrested

RSP (Illegal Entry Dwelling) Preston Dr – Deputy contacted victim who informed he owned the residence and no one was allowed to be inside or live there – suspect was contacted at the residence – probation check was conducted – two females were detained and arrested also – during a search of the residence, a methamphetamine pipe was located – all subjects were transported and booked into CDC – probation hold placed on male suspect

LAA (Warrant Arrest) Cottage Grove Rd/Burnt Mill – Suspect was contacted during a traffic stop – suspect had an active warrant – vehicle was towed – suspect was transported to CDC without incident

CRL (Burglary) Straight Way – Suspect went to the incident location to confront his girlfriend about hanging around his other girlfriend – suspect became irate as soon as the victims would not let him in the residence – suspect demanded he be let in and alleged they were “kidnapping” his girlfriend – suspect forced his way past a security screen door – kicked in the front door of the residence – while inside the residence, suspect shoved victim 2 into a wall heater, causing her to fall on the ground and be hit in the head by the heater cover causing a laceration above her eye – victim 2 was on the phone with 911 and, when she fell to the ground, suspect grabbed her phone and left the residence – the phone was located outside damaged and broken – during interview with victim 1, she says she was punched three times in the back of the head and pushed to the ground by suspect – suspect was identified by victim 2 and witness 1 by his CA driver’s license

CRL (Miscellaneous Incident) Berne Dr – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – RP’s front deck and stairs were damaged during the February 2023 storm – RP contacted insurance company – company hired a contractor to repair damages made during the storm – the contractor was paid by the insurance company directly – work was done at the residence – contractor received a permit to demolition the deck and stairs in December 2023 – contractor had hired sub-contractors for the project – contractor  hired by the insurance company quit in early January 2024 – contractor was paid approximately $30,000.00 by the insurance company – report taken for documentation

TPK (Registrant) Twin Peaks Station – 290 registrant annual registration 

RSP (Adult Protective Services Follow-Up) Spring Dr – RP requesting well check on client who is saying she is afraid of her caregiver – daughter and daughter’s girlfriend possibly physically and mentally abusing – RP also said client thinks they are taking money – RP said her daughter has threatened to kill her – client said the subjects eat all of her food – RP wants a call back – allegations inconclusive 

LAA (Found Property) S State Hwy 173/Bluebell Ln – RP can see gun on the side of the road – gun located was a replica BB gun with a CO2 canister – BB gun was located on side of road – no identification on BB gun

TPK (Sexual Battery) Circle Dr – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – On 2/25/24, victim 1 was working at the rehab facility when a male patient entered the facility – subject was heavily intoxicated – during the intake process, he grabbed victim 1 on the breast – victim 1 stated suspect made several inappropriate comments to victim 1 – victim 1 did not desire prosecution at the time and wanted the incident documented – deputy advised victim 1 she could desire prosecution at any time 

RSP (Missing Person) Highland Dr – CHP transfer – Caller is Spanish-speaking female reporting husband called her and stated that he was going to commit suicide – believes male is in the area – missing person BOLO – extensive area checks across mountain – RP calling back advising her husband just called her saying that he is going to come home – unknown when – male refused to tell RP where he was – will follow up in area with 40King during daytime
