March 26, 2024

LAA (Warrant Arrest) Lakes Edge Rd – Unknown subject sleeping near BBQ area in the community park under a tree – RP concerned due to community being gated – suspect arrested and booked into CDC on his misdemeanor warrant

RIM (Death Investigation) Lovers Ln – RP arrived to her vacant cabin – found deceased – appears to have been deceased for quite some time – CHP transfer – 67-year-old found deceased inside the incident location – cause of death to be determined by coroner 

LAA (Embezzlement) Rainbow Dr – CHP transfer – RP allowed subject to use her Jeep so he could pick up his trailer in Big Bear – he was only going to use the vehicle for the day – RP has been texting subject – she has yet to receive the car back – subject has texted her back and states he will bring it back but has yet to return it

LAA (Fraud Use Credit Card) State Hwy 173 – Customer came in with credit cards that didn’t belong to them – in the safe was $500.00 – RP has the driver’s license and location of the subjects – no answer at business – deputy called RP who was busy and unavailable for report at the time – will follow up with RP during business hours 

March 27, 2024

GVL (Tow Request) State Hwy 18/Allison Ranch Rd – Vehicle stopped for registration expired over six months – citation issued – vehicle towed – teletype sent

CRL (Lost Property) Knapps Ctf – RP stated on 3/22/24, he was moving and remembers packing his passport – when he went to look for it recently, he was unable to find it – RP needs a police report to issue a new one

TPK (Violate Court Order) Twin Peaks Station – Per RP, subject was not at her residence on 3/22/24 for child exchange – she did not show up at the Twin Peaks Station at 8:00 p.m. per the court order – their sons were with subject for child exchange to tell their mother they did not want to go with her 

SKY (Driving W/SUS/RV License) State Hwy 18/Kuffel Canyon Rd – Deputy conducted a traffic stop for expired registration – during an inventory search, suspect admitted to paraphernalia inside the vehicle – suspect arrested and booked into CDC

March 28, 2024

CPP (Miscellaneous Incident) Burnt Mill Canyon Rd – At 7:50 p.m. on 3/27/24, RP received a phone call from an unknown male who was later identified – subject told RP something about the Internet and his parents, but was rambling – subject told RP “if I see you, I’m going to kill you” – subject admitted to calling RP – said he didn’t threaten to kill him – RP believes he found some information on the Internet about him and his wife using his parents’ information 

CPP (Grand Theft Auto) Spring Dr – Subject was allowed to drive the RP’s vehicle – subject told the RP around 2/1/24 that he had parked the vehicle on an unknown road near their property – he told them it was parked there because he could not make it to their property due to the snow – when RP returned, he could not locate the vehicle – RP asked where the vehicle was when they visited on Monday, 3/25/24 – was told the vehicle was stolen – RP wanted to report the vehicle stolen for his insurance claim – teletype entered – CHP 180 verbally signed by RP over the phone due to RP living in Menifee

CRL (Graffiti) Berne Dr – Utility poles were tagged – possibly occurred last night in front of RP’s residence – no suspect information at this time – approximately 23 sites tagged – utility poles, reflectors and retaining walls – monikers “Dork” and “Livid” – possible surveillance – no one home – contact information left with neighbor

TPK (Disturbance Husband/Wife) RP states her husband is drunk – they are fighting – male screaming in the background that she threw a rake at him – male was leaving and female swung her purse at his car – no property damage – male got out of his vehicle – pushed female – she picked up a small, thin rake to defend herself – male walked back toward his car – female threw the rake on the ground behind him – no injuries – female called non-emergency – just wanted to talk about her options in regard to community property – male did not want to come back to the location, but deputy spoke to him on the phone – he said story was accurate – report taken for documentation – options explained to female half

March 29, 2024

RSP (Land Trespass) Canon Way – CHP transfer – RP brought subject back to RP’s house at incident location – subject started acting weird – RP told him to leave – subject is refusing to leave – RP said he put subject’s phone and bag outside, but subject still refuses to leave – suspect contacted inside of the residence – displayed signs and symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs – RP desired prosecution for trespassing – suspect booked into CDC without incident

CED (DUI) Lyon Rd – CHP transfer – White male adult is outside yelling – RP says subject is trying to talk to RP’s roommate, but no one wants him there – he is drunk and high, unknown what type of drugs – negative weapons that RP knows of – suspect found to be behind the wheel of his vehicle – suspect admitted to driving the vehicle – was found to be under the influence of alcohol – blood draw was conducted – he was booked into CDC without incident

LAA (Lost/Stolen Plate) Sequoia Dr – Sometime between 3/26/24 and 3/28/24, victim’s rear license plate was lost/stolen from their 2015 Toyota Tacoma – victim does not know where they were when the plate was lost/stolen – teletype sent 

CRL (Burglary) Forest Shade Rd – CHP transfer – Upon arrival to check on property due to prior trespassing on Monday, 3/25/24 – RP caught a male subject inside with a dog – RP was able to capture a photo of the subject before he fled on foot with his dog – subject had turned on the residence’s heater, which was red tagged due to a cracked heater core – subject appeared to have been living in the residence for a while due to his clothes and trash inside – follow-up needed to identify the subject by his photo

CRL (Driving W/SUS/RV License) Lake Dr/Fern Dr – Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 1998 Orange Dodge Durango with window tint and the left rear brake light being out – driver, later identified, had a suspended driver’s license – suspect cite-released in the field for driving with a suspended license

CPP (False Imprisonment) Crest Forest Dr – Occurred on 3/27/24, RP’s ex-boyfriend refused to let RP leave the residence – RP states ex-boyfriend would physically stop and pull her into room – refused to let her leave – RP advising ex-boyfriend no longer lives at location – Marsy’s card provided to victim

LAA (Petty Theft) Stater Bros – Two unknown male subjects entered Stater Bros drunk – both male subjects grabbed a tall can of Coors Light while in the store – one male subject opened the beer can and began to drink it – store employees contacted the subjects and asked them to leave – subjects were gone prior to deputy arrival

April 1, 2024

TPK (Miscellaneous Incident) Lake Forest Dr – During an argument between the RP and her husband, items were thrown inside the residence – RP called – stated there was a domestic argument – both agreed argument was verbal only – no signs of injuries – medical declined – both were cordial during contact – RP felt safe – will call back if needed – report taken for documentation

LAA (Grand Theft Auto) N Fairway Dr – RP stated he had his vehicle parked at his friend’s house at incident location – around 3/25/24, when he returned, he noticed the vehicle was missing – RP attempted to contact his friend – was unable to reach him – RP has the only set of keys – no one had permission to take vehicle – unknown if cameras are available – teletype entered

TPK (Warrant Arrest) State Hwy 189 – Two Hispanic males are at a gold vehicle across from incident location – RP concerned they may be breaking into it – males went behind the store – RP no longer has visual – RP advising she does not think entry was made into the vehicle – both subjects contacted during call for service – both issued citations for their warrants

CRL (290 Registrant) Wildwood Ln – On 4/1/24, deputy conducted a knock and talk at location – deputy had prior knowledge that suspect lived at the residence and had a felony warrant – as deputy knocked on the door, suspect walked to the door and ran away – forced entry was made into the residence where suspect was arrested – suspect was a 290 registrant who was released from custody on 2/14/24 – suspect’s terms stated he needed to register within five days of being released from incarceration – suspect had 47 days since he was incarcerated – had not registered

CRL (Tow Report) Lake Gregory Dr/Bernard Dr – Vehicle towed for no reflective coating – vehicle found to be expired well over six months – driver was cited – vehicle was towed
