Delacey Foster
Delacey Foster, MS RD and Samantha Patterson, a music and movement therapist, will share easy and important ways your diet and movement may improve your life as you age.
Foster is a registered dietitian with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences and a master’s degree in Dietetics. She is the nutritional services manager and registered dietitian at Mountains Community Hospital and a lecturer at California State University San Bernardino in the Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics Department.
She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with the aging and others in ways that empower and motivate them. Foster believes everyone should have a basic understanding of nutrition, given it is one of the most important aspects of health and wellness.
Patterson holds an master’s degree in Music and Movement Therapy and a degree in Sports Movement. Patterson will share how we can stay strong, prevent falls and keep our bones intact with an introduction to easy chair movement for adults.
