The time is now to vote for chamber board members

The Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce has mailed out ballots for the election of three directors to its board. Electronic ballots must be returned by Dec. 30.

Five candidates are running for the three positions. Directors serve a three-year term; they attend board meetings held on the third Tuesday of each month.

Corina Colan

Corina Colan

Incumbent Corina Colan is an estate planning attorney with a lifelong commitment to making a difference in people’s lives. Over 30 years ago, she emigrated from Romania to the U.S. She is an active members of the Rim Search and Rescue team, serves as secretary of the Mountain Sunrise Rotary Club and sits on the board of the Lake Arrowhead Government Affairs Committee.

Lindsay Hauss

Lindsay Hauss

Lindsay Hauss is the manager of Lake Arrowhead Jiu Jitsu, which she established with her husband, Joey Hauss, in April 2024. The couple moved to Lake Arrowhead in February 2024. She has a bachelor’s degree in criminology and a degree in holistic health coaching. She is committed to the long-term success of the mountain communities.

 Suzanne Martin Krainock

Suzanne Martin Krainock

Suzanne Martin Krainock is the founder, CEO and principal auctioneer of Inspired Benefit Auctions, serving nonprofits and charities nationwide. Last July she was the auctioneer at Le Grand Picnic at Mountains Community Hospital. She has been active with Boy’s Town, serving as their chief development officer, and founded Sneakerz, which provided professional clowns to children’s hospitals, the Special Olympics and community events.

Travis Lanthier

Travis Lanthier

Travis Lanthier is the founder of Lake Arrowhead Brewing Company and Rippin’ Bowls. He grew up in Lake Arrowhead, attending LAE, MPH and graduating from Rim of the World High School. He has served on the chamber’s Brewfest event committee for the past four years. He has a vision of small business owners working together to achieve a vibrant and welcoming culture for tourism.

Alex Vallejos

Alex Vallejos

Alex Vallejos formed Arrowhead Farms Direct in 2020, a business that eventually grew into two distinct business concepts: Mountain Provisions Cooperative and the Twin Peaks Farmers Market, which began in 2022. He is also the owner of Flying Squirrel Market and helps produce the Big Bear Lake Farmers Market and the St. Bernadines Farmers Market. He would like to bring to the chamber board a culture for holistic experience in the mountains, healthy and artisanal food and wellness for residents and guests.
