Support the hospital foundation while enjoying art

Two of First Friday’s favorite artists are being featured at the Oct. 3 event at The Lake House.

“Having It All” by Linda Brown

From 4 to 7 p.m., enjoy the art of Linda Brown and Debra Holladay while also enjoying some wine and hors d’oeuvres.

A Southern California native, Brown grew up with equal passions for nature and art. Self-taught in the basics of oil painting, she has been painting most of her life. She has worked relentlessly to perfect her craft, applying it in the field and in the studio and studying with contemporary masters.

Holladay earned a bachelor of fine arts degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and studied for six years at the Art Student’s League of New York. Her work is frequently included in juried and themed gallery exhibitions and invitational shows.

In addition to enjoying the art – and chatting with the artists – guests can support the Mountains Community Hospital Foundation as a portion of the proceeds from the evening will be donated to them.

The Lake House is located at 28966 Hook Creek Road, Cedar Glen. For more information, call (909) 337-7676 or visit LakeHouseCollection.com.
