For what may be the 18th year in a row, Kevin Somes (center) has been elected president of the Running Springs Area Chamber of Commerce. Elected to a two-year term in the recent election are Kevin Somes, Steve Peter, Becky Morgan, Susan Lopez and Mike Lee. The board will be installed at a dinner on Nov. 1 at 5 p.m. at the Hootman Center where awards will be presented to the Business of the Year, Organization of the Year and two Residents of the Year.
