On Thursday, Dec. 4, the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District held its annual bonfire and Spark of Love toy drive in Lake Arrowhead Village. Following the event, County Fire issued this statement: “We extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to the Spark of Love toy drive at the Lake Arrowhead bonfire. Families spent the evening getting into the Christmas spirit, enjoying hot chocolate and coffee, and chatting with the firefighters who proudly serve this mountain.
“Your generosity helps make the holidays brighter for local children and we’re grateful for every donation and every smiling face that joined us. Thanks to all who attended and gave back this holiday season.”
