Arrests for distribution of child pornography and lewd and lascivious acts

Detectives from the Twin Peaks Sheriff Station investigated a case involving the distribution of child pornography and conspiracy to commit lewd and lascivious acts upon a child under the age of 14.

They identified Collin Hunt, 24 of San Diego, and Carla Watson, 33 of Riverside, as the suspects. The alleged crime took place in the 22000 block of Mojave River Road in Crestline. The case was filed with the District Attorney’s office and warrants were issued for Hunt and Watson.

On Wednesday, Sept. 20, Hunt was arrested and booked in San Diego County, and Watson was arrested in Riverside and booked at the Central Detention Center, for the warrants related to these charges: P.C. 182(A)(1), conspiracy to commit a felony; P.C. 311.11, possession of child pornography; and P.C. 288.7(B), lewd and lascivious acts.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims. Anyone with information related to this investigation (Case No. 222301845) is asked to contact Detective D.
