The Lake Arrowhead Village branch of California Bank & Trust held an open house reception where they invited real estate agents, escrow agents and the general home-buying public to an early afternoon reception where they shared their financial expertise and services to those in the industry and also to those who are interested in purchasing properties in the local area.
The regular customers who came and those walk-ins who attended were pleasantly surprised by the tasty goodies and asked about the services being offered. They were happy their money was already at this branch and said they will definitely use the free mugs. The invited guests learned more about the services offered and were pleased they are so close to their real estate offices for the convenience of their customers.
Attending were CB&T wealth advisors and mortgage lenders from both the local branch and from other Southern California communities. Since this was the California Bank & Trust’s first open house for the Southern California area, other branch officers attended this reception to see how to coordinate such an event for their own branches in the future. They left with many insights and encouragement for their future open houses.
During the open house, the bank offered direct access to their experts in their financial services department, plus coffee in CB&T mugs, tasty fresh fruits and veggies and delicious desserts to the visitors. This successful event had a welcoming atmosphere and attracted numerous attendees.
