Are you in the market to purchase your first home? Or perhaps you’re thinking about refinancing the home you already own? Or even looking to obtain a home equity line of credit.

Three professionals will be there to help with all these scenarios at an expo to be held this Saturday, May 20, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Leisure Shores senior center.

Following those presentations, attendees will be free to visit a number of booths where information will be available.

“I’m so excited to do this,” said Pattison, who is organizing the expo. “I think there’s so much misinformation out there. It’s a good idea to bring relevant information to potential home buyers.”

Pattison added she is currently working with five different buyers on their home purchases. Four of those five are first-time buyers. “There’s a market, a need, for this expo,” she said.

Even if you are not a first-time buyer, Pattison said there will be information at the expo for you on products and services. “People don’t know the things they could have access to, if needed,” she said. “We can discuss those products and services. We can get the conversation started.”

Leisure Shores is located at 24658 San Moritz Drive in Crestline.
