Windermere

Windermere Southern California welcomed agents to their new office in Lake Arrowhead Village last month. Full-time mountain residents and real estate professionals Jill Dayan, James (Jim) Newcomb and Sarah Polley will be operating from the new office at 28200 Highway 189, Office 240-19.

Already known for their diligent work on behalf of their local buyers and sellers, Dayan, Newcomb and Polley are excited by Windermere’s client-focused model and its history of supporting the communities in which it operates. The move to Windermere also allows them to tap into the Windermere network of agents that operate throughout Southern California and the West Coast. Additionally, the mountain agents can increase their connection with their communities through charitable giving to local causes through the Windermere Foundation.

Dayan, Newcomb and Polley are the first agents to join the Lake Arrowhead office with the intent on growing a “mountain modern” style office that will represent agents of the highest ethical standards and stewards of their local communities. In their first mission statement for the office, the trio declared they wanted to create “a healthy and bountiful environment, for both clients and agents, that provides a trusted foundational resource for those seeking information and the mountain living experience.”
