A year after opening Mountain Harmony, owner Miguel Torres celebrated his shop on Nov. 3 with a ribbon cutting sponsored by the Running Springs Area Chamber of Commerce. Torres designs upcycled clothing, much of which can be worn in multiple ways. The shop, located at 32015 Holiday Lane in Running Springs, also features a variety of accessories and hand-crafted treasures. Everything in the shop is made by local artists.
